Our BBQ is cooked low and slow. We use a mixture of apple wood and hickory. We use just the right amount of seasonings to make every meal come to life.
With the exception of our fried items(excluding our hand made egg rolls) all our sides are made from scratch daily. We use over 6 cups of cheese in our mac alone.
